1. 「書き出し」の代表的なEメール英文

(1)Thank you for your prompt reply(to our inquiry). 日本訳
(2)We received your email of July 2.
(3)Thank you for your interest in our company's products.
(4)We would like to inquire about your company's product line.
(5)We are writing to you on the recommendation of Mr. Smith.
(6)We apologize for the delay in responding to your email.
(7)I am writing to tell you that I will be leaving Tokyo for Los Angeles on Friday, August 30.
(8)I am glad to let you know that we've decided to work with your company.
 
(9)I would like to tell you that we've decided to cancel our order with you.

2. 「確認」の代表的なEメール英文

(1)I am writing to confirm what you and I discussed at the meeting this morning.
 
日本訳
(2)I am pleased to confirm the request you made at the meeting yesterday.
(3)I would like to confirm my flight for a window seat, business class, on BA 232 leaving London at 14:30 on Thursday, September 20 for Tokyo.

3. 「提案」と「依頼」の代表的なEメール英文

(1)I would like to suggest that you decide on this ppan. 日本訳
(2)It would be advisable for you to carry out this project in cooperation with the "B" Company in Fukuoka.

6. 「問合せ」と「回答」の代表的なEメール英文

日本訳

7. 「断り」「苦情」の代表的なEメール英文

(1)I have received your August 20 proposal, but unfortunately we have to decline it.

10. 話題を転換する代表的なメール英文
